Here at Snoop & Co, nothing makes us more proud than when our customers love their portraits. We want to make sure every portrait is perfect, so we offer a free proof before delivery, should you wish to make any changes.

At Snoop & Co, we take pride in our products, which is why we use luxury 160gsm gallery quality paper. The portraits are matte, meaning that when they arrive, they are ready for you to pop in a frame!

What makes a good photo?

Take the photo in a well-lit area with no filter and natural lighting.

Ensure your pet’s full face neck and ears are visible and no substantial shadows or reflections.

The best photos are taken close up at eye level with your pet facing the camera.

What changes can I make after receiving my proof?

Once you have received your proof, you can make small changes, such as the background colour and font. If you are unhappy with your portrait and would like us to transform another photo, there is an additional reworking fee of $25 to cover our time for designing another portrait.

What happens if I want to submit a different photo?

You are more than welcome to submit another photo; however, we will have to start your portrait from scratch. There is a reworking fee of $25.

How long does delivery take?

Unlike other stores, we send you a proof of your portrait before sending it out, to make sure you are 100% happy. The proof is usually received within 48 hours. Once you have approved this, we use AusPost Express Delivery and it will be with you within 2-5 days.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

You sure can! You can have up three pets in one portrait.

Do you do portraits for other animals?

Absolutely, from parrots to horses we can create them all into our pet portraits!

What if I’m not happy with my order?

We want everyone to love their order, which is why we offer a free proof before we print your pet portrait. However if you are not happy with yours, please email us at info@snoopandco.com so we can help.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Our portraits are bespoke and therefore we cannot offer refunds or returns. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact info@snoopandco.com
